It's tough for Australia to achieve unprecedented feats.

The highest peaks have been successfully scaled.

We're talking about the squad that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained 1,294 days undefeated in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, targeted by the peak baggers, are all that remain for a team that has accomplished all there is.

It needed as late as Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the largest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over five decades.

"To chase 330 is new territory so I'm happy we have the confidence to achieve that now," continued Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, if we do, we are confident we can succeed."

That comment will be the last rival teams at this World Cup want to hear.

Over the past five days a belief they will succeed regardless of circumstances has grown stronger - this triumph following win against Pakistan by 107-run victory despite being 76-7 at one point.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a meeting with traditional opponents England in Indore in ten days, by which point a last-four spot may probably be guaranteed.

It was in the semi-finals they were eliminated from the previous year's T20 World Cup in a shock defeat by South Africa - a game Healy missed because of torn tissue in her foot as she captained her nation for the initial instance at a major tournament.

Such is her determination, she later said she regretted not playing with the discomfort.

However although she afterwards confessed those fitness problems have pushed back plans to retire, this championship is anticipated as her last as captain in one-day cricket and she is still to achieve a global event as captain.
